Offering Seven Ways to order from us!

Option 1: Order Online and Submit Credit Card Information Securely Online

Order online using the Online Pattern Store. After ordering you can follow a link to the Secure Credit Card Information Page. This page is hosted on a secure server. This means that the when you submit the information it is encrypted (scrambled) while being sent over the internet, this makes it nearly impossible for anyone else to decode.

Option 2: Order Online and have us use your credit card information that we have on file.

Order online using the Online Pattern Store. If you have placed an order with us since June 1st 1999 we keep your credit card information on file, you can check the "credit card on file" option.

Option 3: Order online and Fax Credit Card Information.

Submit Order online using the Pattern Store. Be sure to check the "Sending Credit Card Info by Fax" option.
Fax your credit card number and expiration date along with your order number for reference to BasketPatterns.com

Option 4: Order online and pay by check or money order.

Order online using the using the Pattern Store. After submitting your order online, be sure to check the option stating you will be mailing a check or money order for the indicated amount.Mail payment and include your order number to:

How to order online

It is easiest to understand the method of choosing and ordering patterns if you compare it to getting groceries at the store.

look around - put any items that you want to purchase in your shopping cart
look at what is in your cart
go to the checkout to pay for the items that you want to purchase

Purchase One Now Button - Use this button to filling in quantities in the boxes provided on a catalog page, use this button to add the items to your shopping cart.
Search - use this feature (located at the top of each page once you enter the store)to type in a certain word to describe the type of patterns you are looking for (i.e.'angel' ) then click 'search' and you will then get a listing of all items on our store containing the word 'angel'...these are links you can click on to view each pattern.

View Basket - Use this button to look at or change the items that are currently in your shopping cart.
Return to Front Page - Use this button to return to the Main pattern index page.
Checkout Stand - Use this button when you are ready to purchase the items that are in your cart. After choosing this button you will be asked for some personal information (name, address, etc.).If you are paying by credit card you will need to click the link on the following page to enter the secure page.Be sure to scroll to the bottom of each page and click 'submit' or 'continue' when needed.
Submit Order - Use this button to send your order securely / electronically to Basketpatterns.com. After sending your order you will be shown confirmation that your order was sent. You can then print out the confirmation page for your records. READ THIS PAGE! Be sure to verify it is correct for items and your shipping option.
If your order needs to be changed simply Email us and we will be happy to make any changes you need.
This page includes our address, the items that you purchased, and total price.
We will keep customer credit card information on file for future orders.
If you prefer us not to keep your card info on file please let us know.

Shipping Information

Want to know what your shipping will be BEFORE you place an order with us?

Its easy, simply select all items you wish to purchase online, go to our check out area,
fill in your name and address. Click the "Continue" button on the bottom of that page.
Your order weight will sent UPS and you will be given your exact shipping due.
If you do not wish to proceed with ordering simply close your browser.
No info has been sent to us yet so no order has been placed.
This way you know exactly what your order and shipping amount will be
before confirming an order with us!

Orders are shipped almost daily via US Mail for patterns
and UPS for orders containing supplies/accessories.
Out of country / off mainland orders are shipped US Postal.

Shipping charges for patterns are based on the number of patterns ordered,
see chart below:

Your order weight is sent directly to the UPS web server for your shipping charge total.

When your destination is out of country or off the mainland (Germany, Alaskan islands, Hawaii etc)
You can place your order online but our system will let you know shipping charges
cannot be tallied online -
We must phone the U.S. post office for actual US Postal charges to your zip code.
Any applicable customs charges will also be added to your shipping.
